Large Diameter 3/4″ (-12 equivalent) oil drain kit for journal bearing turbos that require ample oil return flow. Since our first (non bolt-on) turbo swap, we’ve been salvaging OEM Holset drain lines to make a true 3/4″ drain line. And while AN fittings and lines work, we’ve always preferred a simple clamped hose with fittings that are much closer to an actual 3/4″ ID than a comparable AN fitting. Not being able to find many options out there, we sent some flange files to be cut and made a mini bead roller in order to make our own refined kit. Allows future turbo removal by sliding the hose off instead of dealing with gaskets. We hope it makes things as easy for you as it has for us!

A little overkill for ball bearing turbos but works just as well so we use it on everything it bolts up to. We now offer a 5/8″ oil drain kit which we would recommend for most ball bearing turbos, with the ability to also fit Xona and Garrett turbos.

Longer hose lengths available for our forward facing setups.

Description

The turbo fitting has been slightly angled towards the pan fitting, giving it a more direct route, and the oil pan fitting is angled up slightly to promote more oil drainage out of the line. Works for standard placement and our forward facing turbo setups (longer 16″ hose available)

Heat sleeve/shielding is recommended near any exhaust components.

Includes:

-3/4″ stainless turbo drain fitting, angled away from compressor cover and towards the oil pan fitting
-3/4″ stainless fitting that bolts to the factory Evo oil pan, angled up for better drainage
-12″ of 3/4″ high temp oil resistant push on hose (cut to length by user)
-Two stainless oil pan bolts with self sealing o-rings under the bolt heads
-Two stainless turbo bolts
-Three stainless hose clamps
