DSM: Large Frame GT42/TH4V V-band

A potent bottom mount for larger frame v-band turbos such as a GT42 or S400 with the TiAL v-band housing, or PT6870 through PT7675 with the TH4V (“T4” v-band inlet) turbine housing, as well as Sportsman frame v-band PTE turbos. Easily clears the radiator (1g and 2g, 2g with the radiator hose moved over) and will fit in a CSM/GVR4/Evo123 with a tucked radiator.

*On 1g DSMs we suggest trimming the hood brace above the manifold to allow extra clearance. We have another manifold design that is lower, but highly prefer this design with its better merge collector and smoother/larger wastegate provision for better boost control with this size/efficiency turbo.

Description

  • Maintains all OEM accessories such as A/C and power steering (certain combinations may vary for alternator relocation)
  • Equal length runners.
  • Efficiently supports 1200+whp.
  • Uses a proper small volume merge collector.
  • Built for use with TiAL or PTE turbine housings and GT42 or H/SP compressor covers.
  • TiAL MVR or 50mm flange on collector.
  • Can be built to fit 1g, 2g, 6 bolt, and 7 bolt. A full size radiator can be retained; however, 2g’s will need to use a 1g style radiator to move the upper hose away from the manifold. Pusher fans recommended depending on compressor cover options.
  • 321 Stainless, 100% Fully Backpurged.
